Your bad, my good: justice revisited

Blinded by light

is like wounded by hearts

which claim to

love but

hover overly fond

as

fondling must be of

cala-

mit

o

us, or maybe that’s without us:

unreasonably argued

we wander if

paths and trails that

wail or simply sail

bree-

zing

leewards or out-

wards or not.

And whilst your bad

has

left my good so

sad and had

without re-

tort

ing … a blazing row and

adject-

ti[e]-

VALE

smack around that

treasured piece of

body part-

ing we call

the head; and oh how I wish

we webbed the truth

this easily on

touching mo’ as

so and then and why

and when.

And now I lose

what little joy and coy

reminder of bloodied

member and sullied

record of your

sole and remaining

memory of those

occasions where love did

re-

place in gardened

order: for now we only

bruise our

thoughts, like

butterfly wing amongst

the

doll-

drums.
