Superdrugs (a view from a coffee shop)

We see and jump and lump

together as one

the fears of another

as if they belong each to

us all; and calling as

I do, and you informing me

you won’t, and reality biting

the ass of inconvenient

rue,

I realise I’ve lost

another beautiful soul

in this thing which

is this life I am

no longer leading but

drifting amongst [lone-

{ly]ing} desires which

never now shall roll:

oh what it is not to

choose solitude but

have it

thrust upon one.
