One [job well done!]

One person

at one time showed me

onelovingly

how to gentlybegin an

awful-

long process to-

wards slowlydiscoverong

the man I could never

be and at

the same time re-

main a livingsoul with

a beatingheart and

an art-

to-

match

the ambition

of

my life.

And this oneperson

can be no longer fore me,

but no longer do I for

get nor four

go the woe which accompanied

the joy

all

the

manyyearsago.

And the man thisperson

didmale,

didrelease and

did eventuallybecome

only

justbecame the

manhemust.

So only justnow

do I express my thanks

for the one

job well dusted

and

done.

Letusmoveon,

inlove and so out;

out of trulyfelt affection

and

this

finalgentle accep-

ting … this

absence of happy

ending …

… no rings at the end

of the trail after

all, but

reallove of self –

on both sides

I am

sure –

bred broadly instead,

and (maybe even

in Red!).
