No longer time to agree to disagree 

The moments history

chooses to pick us

out of place and

time, out of time

and rhyme, out of radii and

radio of action, out of the

liberty to be free and

unattached, to agree to

disagree unabashedly, uncaringly,

unwisely, unselflessly …

… and so when history chooses

you, little can

you do!

Well beyond the activism of

relative

isms: the running paci-

fix

ally; the

rallying of decency; the

un-

wholly

inability of enemy

to be friend …

… and when history chooses

us thus, clearly life has

lost.

 

And so time has run its

lesson and

coarse-

ness: a dinosaur brain now

of limited

futures.

 

And I so wish we might

agree to disagree;

I so wish we might

still

be able to …
